Welcome to Rocketbelly, your go-to space-themed restaurant and self-serve bubble tea bar, founded by the visionary Olivia Huynh. Olivia has been fascinated with the cosmos and culinary delights since she was young, dreaming of a place where both passions could collide. In 2022, she turned that dream into reality, funding Rocketbelly herself with savings she diligently amassed over the years.

Rocketbelly offers a unique fast-casual dining experience, bringing gourmet flavors to everyone. All recipes, sauces, and glazes are handmade using high-quality ingredients and fresh fruits. Our main entrée, the Rocket Chicken with Rocket Sauce, is hailed as the best chicken tenders in the galaxy. We also serve globally inspired food such as our Mars Plate our take on Japanese Curry and Mars Fries, a Japanese Curry Poutine. We also have small tapas style fusion bites such as Space Corn, Moon Dust Popcorn Chicken Cosmic Pork Belly Bites, and more. Rocketbelly also offers custom catering options with a gourmet chef, providing a wide range of cuisines from Italian to American, as well as full-service and self-serve bubble tea for parties and office events.

Olivia is passionate about giving back to the community, holding events and gatherings that bring people together. Her favorite event was hosting Astronaut and Navy SEAL Chris Cassidy for a meet-and-greet with customers. Olivia has been featured in WFAA, ABC, Good Morning America, Spectrum News, and many other news outlets and magazines such as Arlington Today and D Magazine.
