Our main entrée, the Rocket Chicken with Rocket Sauce, is hailed as the best chicken tenders in the galaxy. We also serve globally inspired food such as our Mars Plate our take on Japanese Curry and Mars Fries, a Japanese Curry Poutine. We also have small tapas style fusion bites such as Space Corn, Moon Dust Popcorn Chicken Cosmic Pork Belly Bites, and more. Rocketbelly also offers custom catering options with a gourmet chef, providing a wide range of cuisines from Italian to American, as well as full-service and self-serve bubble tea for parties and office events.

Olivia is passionate about giving back to the community, holding events and gatherings that bring people together. Her favorite event was hosting Astronaut and Navy SEAL Chris Cassidy for a meet-and-greet with customers.
