Those are the feelings Mama's house would always make us feel as we walked through the doorway. She would receive us with a smile, a hug, and a question:

No matter our answer, she would make us one of our favorite dishes while joking that she should open a restaurant so we would have to pay for her food.

A decade ago, we opened Mama Cuca's restaurant in her honor; as a celebration of all the warmth that she brought to our hearts, the smile that welcomed us, and the food that brought us comfort.

Our mission is to make all those who walk through our doors feel warm, welcome, and relaxed. And to protect the values, traditions, and flavors instilled in us by Mama Cuca.
