Spy turned Executive Coach – Tony Brock is a former Intelligence Officer, retired Navy Commander, and Executive Leader. Today, as an Executive Leadership Coach, Team Trainer, and Speaker, Tony leverages his experience leading high-performance teams — to include intelligence support to our U.S. Navy SEALs — to enable those who step up to the challenges of executive leadership. 

Tony is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) via Georgetown University and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Professional Speaker, a seasoned business practitioner, and MBA graduate. Along with his business partner, and wife, Susan, they lead a veteran-owned LLC. 

Tony also serves as the Executive Director, National Medal of Honor Griffin Institute; and as a military veteran career coach (pro bono) with The Honor Foundation. Tony is a certified facilitator for EQi-2.0 Emotional Intelligence Leadership and 360 assessments and for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered 360 Coaching.
