🌸 Spring Semester at TCU's Harris College of Nursing and Health Services was filled with compassion and dedication! 🏥 Our nursing students chose to do their Clinicals at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, partnering with the Gabriel Project. Led by Professor Maggie Higgins and a cohort of 11 incredible students, they made a profound impact on our community. Each week, they immersed themselves at CCFW, assessing the needs of our clients, brainstorming with staff, and teaching vital classes. 📚 From Nutrition for the Newborn to Child Development Milestones and Empowered Birth, their dedication shone through. These diligent students not only researched and developed teaching materials but also provided bilingual resources and thoughtful gifts for participants. 🎁 Their hard work and generosity will resonate far beyond graduation as they embark on nursing careers across the nation.
