This #WomenOwnedWednesday, we celebrate Brittney Williams, Brittney Williams Marketing Consulting. Brittney Williams is a Marketing Consultant & Digital Content Creator for Small Businesses & Startups. Primarily helping clients become the go-to expert within their industries & fields. What is one thing you've learned as a woman-owned business? As a black female entrepreneur in marketing, I've learned the importance of resilience in overcoming challenges. Navigating through obstacles, from securing funding to breaking into boardrooms, requires unwavering determination. Embracing my identity and leveraging it as a strength has been key to both personal and professional success in the business world. What is one tip you'd give to a woman looking to start her business today? What is one tip you'd give to a woman looking to start her business today? No matter how hard it gets keep going and always remember your WHY! Outsource/delegate tasks you either don’t wish to do or that you aren’t strongly skilled in. Focus on building a loyal community first and not stressing over how many followers you have. How do you support other women-owned businesses? By encouraging them, sharing their services & skills with others, shopping with them, engaging with their content, Collaborating and attending events. I have the pleasure of also being the Founder/CEO of The Creative Juices Group®, a women’s community organization for Black Female Creatives and Creativepreneurs where we have instilled these practices into our Brands DNA ensuring we continue to shine light on other female creatives & entrepreneurs.
